Stepping into Therapy Can Feel Daunting…
but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I provide a compassionate, professional space to explore your dynamics and find an authentic way forward.
As a specialist in couples and relationship therapy including same-sex partnerships and ENM, I will help you resolve conflict, navigate ruptures and rebuild connection, whether you are at a crisis point or seeking preventative support.
For individuals, I offer a grounded setting to uncover the patterns keeping you stuck, tailoring every session to your specific aims and unique frame of reference.

How it Works
Get In Touch
It is important that we make sure we’re the right fit. Complete the contact form with a brief description of what brings you to therapy and I’ll reply with next steps.
Beginning Therapy
Your early sessions are about you telling your story and what brings you to therapy so I can get to know you. We’ll explore what a good outcome would be for you and how therapy can help.
The Outcomes
You will gain new insights and practical tools will help you achieve your goals such as breaking unhelpful patterns, improved relationships and removing barriers to fulfilment.

What I Do
Specialist Experience
Relationships don’t always fit a traditional mould, and your therapy shouldn’t either. I provide a non-judgmental, informed space for those navigating same-sex relationships or non-traditional structures, including Ethical Non-Monogamy (ENM) and Polyamory. Whether you are establishing boundaries, managing “coming out” dynamics, or simply want to strengthen your connection, I offer a framework that respects your identity and your specific relationship goals.
My approach is Integrative, meaning I tailor our sessions to your specific needs—whether you require short-term support to navigate a life transition or longer-term therapy to address deep-seated patterns.
Whether you are facing burnout, navigating workplace pressure, or managing the complex demands of family life, therapy provides an essential space to reset. Drawing on my corporate background and clinical experience, I help you explore the ‘internal lens’ that may be contributing to unhelpful dynamics. Together, we will work on establishing sustainable boundaries and building the resilience needed to manage pressure with clarity and confidence.
My Approach
How I Work
As a Humanistic therapist, I work from the core belief that you are the expert on your own life. My role is to provide a non-judgmental, empathic environment that allows your natural capacity for growth to surface.
Being Integrative means I don’t rely on a “one-size-fits-all” model. Instead, I blend different psychological theories to suit your specific needs, whether that is exploring past patterns or managing present stressors.
Additionally, as a Qualified Supervisor, I support other therapists in their clinical practice. This dual perspective ensures my own work remains ethically rigorous, deeply reflective, and grounded in the highest professional standards.

Individual Counselling
