Everything you need to know about the therapy process, my practice and how we will work together.
You can email or complete the contact form letting me know what you are looking for. This is the first step before we meet or discuss things further. We can then see if I am the right therapist for you. If you feel comfortable, we can then book your first full session.
There is no “one size fits all” answer, as it depends on your specific goals. Some people find that 6 to 12 sessions provide the relief they need, while others prefer longer-term support. We will review our progress regularly together.
Yes, absolutely. Your privacy is priority and everything we discuss is confidential. I work within the professional and ethical framework of the UKCP, meaning your information is handled with the highest level of care.
I only work in person as this is how I am most effective. From time to time we might move a session to online where circumstances dictate but otherwise we’ll meet in my therapy room.
Howard House doesn’t have a door number but is opposite number 103 Howard Street. There are 1 hour free spaces on Saville Street and plenty of bays on Howard Street for 50p per hour.
Howard House doesn’t have a waiting room so you will arrive at the time of your appointment and access the building from the intercom.
I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Bookings that are cancelled at shorter notice than this are chargeable unless I am able to offer you a rescheduled time within the same working week which I will always endeavour to do.
